How much is it usually per logo? Or, do you just get to choose between the logos after paying for the contests?
I also was able to find a really good logo designer using Digital point forums in their services section. Such forums are also a great place to find low cost logo designers.

The cost depends on what Graphic design your are looking for. The process requires you to start a contest and give a prize. There’s a minimum prize to be given depending on your graphic requirements.
Once you start the contest, graphic designers will be submitting their works for your approval. You can respond to them and recommend changes to better their chances of winning, which also allows you to get the design you really want. You can try their services and see for yourself.
