Free Three Column Templates (blogspot)
Free template offers unique collections of free templates both two-column and three-column you can download and implement on your blog. Although some of the templates can only be used with the Old Blogger, Free template created an article to provide a tutorial on how you would be able to use these Old Blogger templates to your New Blogger account.
Blogspot Templates has a lot of collection of themed free templates you can download and implement. The themes vary from Tour De France, Harry Potter, Color Blinds, Saffin and Nadal. The only problem is that there are a few templates that cannot be used to the New Blogger. It needs you to revert back to the Classic Template and fix the problem.
Noipo.org offers interesting free templates you can download and use to your blog. However, you are looking for free three column template, this is not the right place for you. I’ve checked the free templates that Noipo offers and found out that they’re all themed two column template. For updates, you can always check out this link. Blogskins probably has the widest collection of free downloadable templates. Before you can use the free templates available on their site, you need to register for free. Afterwhich, you’ll be granted access to hundreds of free templates you can download and implement on your blog. The only problem with Blogskins is that you need to be patient to explore their gallery of free templates before you can find one that satisfies your design requirements. Although in the terms of use, you are allowed to customize their templates to suit your requirements. Most of the free templates offered at Blogskins are contributions from their members so it’s usually updated and the number of templates increase everyday.
Blogger templates by Caz is another good place to get free templates. Most of the templates offered are themed. Another problem is, most of the free templates that it offers are only working when you use the Old Blogger. It means to say that you need to revert back to the Old blogger in order to use the free templates if you are currently using the New Blogger. You can always do the necessary changes to these templates and use it to the new blogger but you need to have the knowledge in HTML. You can seek help from your friends or ask Caz herself to help you.
I will still search for websites that offer free templates and will add a link to their website from this post. You can bookmark this page so that you can always come back and check for updates.
REMINDER!!!
To all of you who have decided to use any of the free three column template or two column template offered by the websites mentioned above, make sure that you read their ‘TERMS OF USE’ or ‘TERMS OF SERVICE’, which is usually found on their homepage. Some owners of these free templates allow you to alter their templates and others do not. Some would require you to link back to their blog and others do not. I think that it’s always a good idea to make sure that you are not in violation of the terms of service or use of the website from where you’ve obtained your template. It’s the least thing you can do to appreciate their free service.
