I was checking FeedBurner this morning when I found out that Blogging Mix Subscribers reached 500+ after 8 months of continuous blogging and promotion. I’m glad that the time and efforts I invested paid off. I’m still looking forward to growing my subscribers in the coming days.

Tips On Increasing Your Feed Subscribers

My feed subscriber is nothing compared to the subscribers of the Big Bloggers but in case you want to know how I grew my subscribers to 500+ in 8 months, here’s a list of tips for you.

  • Post regularly.
  • Understand what kind of posts appeal to your readers and deliver it to them.
  • Give reasons for your readers to subscribe.
  • Be consistent with your blog topic.
  • Organize contests and related activities geared at increasing your subscribers.
  • Burn your feed and offer it to your blog readers. (Feedburner, Feedblitz etc.)
  • Link to your feed from your blog pages.
  • Offer a full feed to your readers.
  • Promote your blog and feed.
  • Join forums, communities and groups related to your blog. Share your feed with the members.
  • Join feed exchange programs.
  • Subscribe to other feeds.
