Blog Rush : The Major Changes - The BlogRush team has been hard at work making major improvements for you and we won't rest until BlogRush is running 100% smoothly and sending you tons of targeted traffic! This is OUR MISSION. Please know that our entire team is working around-the-clock to make improvements and fix any problems AS FAST AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.In the next 48 hours, major changes will take place at Blog Rush. After Blog Rush has been introduced a couple of days ago, several comments and feedbacks were collected and the Blog Rush Group responded by working really hard to deliver only the best services to their networks. Here are the major changes that the Blog Rush team was able to accomplish. All in the name of meeting their primary objective, which is to drive more targeted traffic to their members.

100% Manual Blog Review

Before, anyone who has a blog can become a member of Blog Rush. All you need to do is sign up and use the Blog Rush widget on your blog and you’re good to go. Because of this easy sign up process, Blog Rush has become a great target of abuse. The absense of a blog guidelines or criteria is another reason why Blog Rush was abused by many. And, despite the fact that Blog Rush clearly specified that ONLY ENGLISH BLOGS can sign up, there were still non-English blogs who managed to join.

All of these will change in the coming days. Blog Rush will be doing 100% manual blog review before a blog gets accepted to the network and Blog Rush will also go over the blogs of the current members to make sure that they have quality contents. Blog Rush will also be publishing a Blog Guidelines and Criteria. All those that do not meet the blog guidelines and criteria will be removed from the network. To those non-English blog who blatantly ignored Blog Rush’s warning, your days are coming to an end. This also goes out to those who have abused Blog Rush. John Reese gave a strong statement against those who have abused and those who attempt to abuse the network.

If you attempt to cheat or abuse our network in anyway, shape, or form, we will not hesitate to come after you. Our company is well funded and has plenty of resources. And we WILL use them to punish you to the fullest extent of the law (and civil court process). Oh, you think you can just hide behind some anonymous proxy IPs? Sorry, it’s not that easy. ANY reason you’d have to try and cheat the Blog Rush network for traffic and any attempt you make to monetize that traffic will lead directly to your front door — whether it’s AdSense, any affiliate program in the world, any online pharmacy, porn site, casino… ANYTHING. We will follow the trail and it WILL eventually lead to you. JOHN REESE – Founder of Blog Rush
More Blog CategoriesMost Blog Rush participants were complaining on the less relevance of the links that show up on their Blog Rush widget. This problem is because of the limited blog categories at Blog Rush. After feedbacks were sent to the Blog Rush team, they finally decided to include more blog categories. Obviously, increasing the number of blog categories will also increase the relevance of links featured on every Blog Rush widget. Moreover, this is expected to increase the click rates of every participating blogs.

Improved Reporting on Blog Rush Dashboard

If you have had problems with the Blog Rush Dashboard before due to inaccurate of poor reporting of your actual Blog Rush traffic referral, worry no more. The Blog Rush team has looked into the details of this problem and has done what’s needed to be done to offer better reports.

Also, the Blog Rush team has decided to be more fair with Blogs that need more traffic. This made them decide to give the BULK of their bonus credit allocations to blogs that need it most. Hence, these blogs will get a ton
more bonus credits than high-traffic members.

Improved Network Distribution

A few of Blog Rush users have noticed that they’re building up credits faster than the system is using them. This will eventually balance itself out as the Blog Rush network continues to adjust to the growth levels and traffic patterns of each category. Blog Rush network provides syndication distribution based on daily average cycles and then adjusts moving into the future so it’s able to accurately predict how fast to use a certain user’s credits, etc. as compared to just using them all as fast as possible.

Blog Post Control

Under the Settings Tab you’ll also find a new option called, “My Post Control.” Here’s what this awesome new feature does.

You can create POST FILTERS for your blog posts. For example, you can add a keyword or phrase and create a new post filter. If you ever create a post on your blog (while you have that filter active — and you can add/delete them at anytime) that contains one of those keywords in the TITLE of your blog post, that post will not be shown across the network. And you won’t use any of
your syndication credits!

All bloggers post off-topic stuff from time to time, or short posts that don’t have a ton of great content. Well, now you can easily keep any of those types of posts from using your valuable syndication credits and from being shown across the network!

Blog Rush Flavors – Already LiveThe Blog Rush Flavors has gone live already. To customize your Blog Rush widget, there’s no need to re-install a new code on your blog. You can do this by simply logging in to your Blog Rush account, click ‘Settings’ and select ‘Flavors’. Once inside ‘Flavors’ all you need to do is choose the design you want and click the ‘Apply Flavor’ button. Refresh your blog or open it on a new window to see the effects of the changes you made. If you don’t like what you see, there are still other flavors to choose from. And, you can change your flavor everyday to suit your mood if that’s what you want.

This means, Blog Rush will not be another company that has a great start but fails to keep up with its commitments. As John Reese promised: “We will continue to work VERY HARD to make improvements and add-ons with ONE PRIMARY FOCUS… To drive more ongoing targeted traffic to your blog”

Now, let’s wait and see what happens next!
