For today’s post, I would like to thank the top four traffic sources of Blogging Mix namely; Google, StumbleUpon, BlogCatalog and Entrecard. These websites have contributed so much to Blogging Mix’s continued success and development.
1. Google

Despite taking away my precious Page Rank of 4, Google still deserves a BIG THANK YOU for driving the most number of traffic to Blogging Mix. 27.10% of all the traffic of Blogging Mix came from Google. I’m happy that my search engine optimization efforts are paying of. I also think that the SEO-All-in-One Pack has been very helpful in optimizing Blogging Mix for search engines that resulted to increase in traffic from Google. Thank you very much!
2. StumbleUpon

StumbleUpon is responsible for the hype in my blog traffic. Surprisingly, I get a spike in traffic during weekends, which is suppose to be the days with the lowest traffic. Thanks to StumbleUpon and all the Stumblers who appreciated my works. I also noticed that StumbleUpon gives you repeated bumps in traffic. Weeks after my post on Networking with Non-Problogger has been stumbled, which resulted to more than 2000 unique visits within 24 hours, it was re-stumbled and my blog traffic once again went up. To date, StumbleUpon is reponsible for the 16.52% of my total blog traffic.
StumbleUpon is definitely a great and generous source of blog traffic. Active participation in the SU community can boost your chances of getting noticed by the stumblers, which ultimately results to a lot of traffic. Of course, you need to give the stumblers a worthy post, picture or video to stumble upon. Thanks you so much! ![]()
3. BlogCatalog

BlogCatalog, my most favorite place to network with other bloggers, is the third source of traffic for Blogging Mix. Traffic from BlogCatalog constitutes to 9.78% of my total blog traffic. I also want to thank all the members of Bloggers and Blogging and Entrecard Group for their support and active participation. These two groups have been very helpful in attracting more traffic and subscribers for Blogging Mix.
BlogCatalog is yet another blessing to bloggers. It’s not only a great source of blog traffic or a directory to submit your blog for free but it’s also a great place to meet and network with wonderful people. I met most of my blog buddies and networks at BlogCatalog. Thanks BC! ![]()
4. Entrecard

Entrecard is responsible for 5.82% of my total blog traffic. Although it might be responsible for my high bounce rate, I’m still grateful for the great traffic. I’ve been using Entrecard for nearly two months now and I’m more than satisfied with the increase in my blog traffic. Entrecard is no doubt an effective and simple way to build traffic to your blog. You too, should give Entrecard a try. ![]()
To The RestÂ
19.38% of my traffic are direct traffic, probably from the subscribers of Blogging Mix. The remaining percentage are traffic sent by different blogs and websites. Thank you very much to blogs like PinoyBlogero, Silkenhut, SearchForBlogging and other blogs I won’t be able to mention. Also, I want to thank websites like Bloggeries, MyBlogLog and Yahoo! for the additional traffic. My apologies to all those I failed to mention and THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Google, StumbleUpon, BlogCatalog and Entrecard
Hey Narenda,
I’m sorry to hear about what happened to your PR. Google, SU, BC and Entrecard are great sources of traffic. Right now, I’m seriously considering giving up ‘dofollow’ sponsored reviews.
Thanks for dropping by.
Cheers BloggingMix! Keep rocking!

I registered with about 20 of the search engines you recommend in your first list of 50 recommended SEO, and I noticed by doing so, that a lot of them are exclusively for the English language only or do not yet have a category set up for other languages like French. ENTRECARD which you talk about in this post, would not allow the registration of my blog because it is in French. Does anyone know some similar French blog catalogs ?
I agree with what you said about Blogcatalog… It does drive a lot of traffic (it’s a log for me, but probably very little if I compare it with your blog) and so does wikipedia where I have included a link to my blog in a few well chosen pages.
Hey that’s great news. I like the traffic from stumble upon. However I don’t like traffic from entrecard, they just drop and leave. It’s killing my bounce rate. hehe
My blog PR is 5, but I don’t know the traffic came from. Could you tell me the about the research…
glad to see BC came in the top 3! thanks for all your support.

@ Wakish,
You’re becoming a regular. Thanks buddy. I’m thinking if I should link to top commenters. You’ll probably get one spot.
@ William,
I’ll try to find non-english directory and inform you through my succeeding posts. Thanks for dropping by.
@ AG Syam,
I’m not sure what research are you pertaining to. If you’re talking about my sources, I got the information from Google Analytics.
@ Daniel,
Hey, thanks for dropping by and Thanks to BlogCatalog.
