		<description>I know TechZilo. Over 100 factors taken into consideration as far as I can remember, and one of them is the PR. I should've been clearer about what I meant. My apologies.
I'm top 3 for a keyword with another website, and it's a PR2 while all others are PR4-6. PR doesn't mean much without good SEO. Still, high PR = good authority = ranking easier for more long tail keywords (if you also do some SEO work on the website).
