Thats interesting news...I always thought that phillipino/indian call centres were cleaning up because of the low costs.

I suppose consumers may be getting tired of call center agents that don't have a great grasp on the english language / culture.

Thanks for the comment!

Client satisfaction and customer service are by far the best indicators of a company's success. One example I can give you is I have call center company where not only are my employees the best paid in the US ( they make 35K to start a year and are up against Indians and Philippino Competition making nothing in comparison) but we also no longer advertise now for 2 years going. Our word of mouth is exceptional and accounts for all of our growth! Referrals are the key -and rewarding people for referring works even better. The money we save in advertising we put back into our employees and it's all win win win. That's how it should be. Relationships, superior customer service and rewarding excellence and referrals + the best anyone can ever get.
When it comes to online relationships I'm a bit new I have to admit and only just started up weeks ago.
Success to all!

Hey SimoneM

Thanks for the feedback :)

Building strong relationships with your customers or audience can be a very rewarding experience, even if it is online!

I like the approach that you take across your site, where it isn't about hard sell as much as building relationships with your customers and rewarding them.
A great article with a great example of how to build readership effectively.
