Merging 2 communities, by far, is the most complex thing in web 2.0 – But if you can do it seamlessly and significantly problem-free, then I salute you!

However, I understand why you didn't do it that way. We all have our own preferences and there is only so much time in a day for each site. I am extremely loyal to the WhyDoWork community and all you do here so I am happy you have acquired bloggingmix to grow this site even more. I would suggest putting recent posts, archives, and categories on the sidebar of this blog to make it easier for people to find posts and topics of interest as well as see what's been going on here. If it were me, I would have kept bloggingmix and continued growing it separately. However, I understand why you didn’t do it that way. I wish I had the time to maintain and grow multiple communities at once but it's much easier to merge communities with like interests into the larger of the two. Non-communicative sales don't work in my opinion - I always like to use CashQuests.com as a glaring example of that. :) Thanks for the comments.
