Ladybug is 100% correct. I know, I've seen all the youtube videos, defense by reading sections of the IRS guidelines... but just a bit of friendly advice BEFORE you get caught up in this concept... Call your Attorney General's office - ask them if it's legal. Call the US Postal Inspector, ask them if this is legal. Ask the person wanting to take your 'gift' why you can't put it in the mail?

Cash gifting is just a rehash of the old Ponzi scams and chain-letters of yesteryear. Hi Ho LongShotSilver!

If there is no product it is a pyramid scheme which is illegal and could land you in jail. My advice to anyone looking at this stay far away.

Most Definitely as Scam.

The Think i try to inform people about is to Not Get Caught in the Moment when trying to make extra income. If a Company has to show you a video of their Click bank accounts, or their paypal account. or whatever account. Then i don't believe that, that is a company worth Joining. Sure They can show you that, but Why don't they show you the Actual Product?? That is Becuase They Don't have a product worth showing!

They want to sell/convince/persuade you on the image of their video accounts or their "checks" they received. But why don't they show you What it is that they do? They want you to Join First then Drop the bomb on you that you only have 12 hours to Cancel and you have to upgrade if you really want to take advantage of the opportunity, and so on and so on..... and so on!

The Thing is... if they Even do have a product. The Product itself is not Worth presenting so they Don't Bother, and try to get you to make an Emotional Decision. (a Decision where, you don't know exactly what is going on but you consider joining becuase Hey, this guy made all this money doing it.) DONT MAKE EMOTIONAL DECISIONS WHEN DECIDING TO JOIN ANYTHING!

I would never join this. There is no product, they call it a gift and part of their advertising states that people must tell others it is a gift. (To complete strangers - good grief!)

I have an online acquaintance doing this recently and making alot, but he knows that it won't be around forever. He said that it is legal if it meets IRS requirements of annual gift giving. I tend to doubt that is correct, because you are not giving to someone known to you. To me it is more like a chain letter where everyone is jumping onboard. No thanks. I only work REAL business'.

Yes I've heard of it before and I'm sure people are making money with it. I haven't tried it myself but let me know if you end up doing it and get good results.

You obviously have not done ANY research at all..... Cash gifting is NOT a get rich quick scheme in ANY way! It is all dependent upon how much an individual puts into it, similar to a lot of other programs out there... Moreover, it has been around for ever; some still going strong after nearly a decade!

Cash gifting has helped way to many people around the world, including myself, to be some kind of scheme...
Although, I must say, cash gifting is not for everyone... You cant always please everyone...

Anyway, I hope this helped to open peoples mind, if only for a quick moment... Have a good one, and best of luck!

Well, actually yeah, they can just give you cash but it's HOW they do it that apparently makes the difference. If they are giving it you with the hopes of getting back more than what they gave, it is illegal. If they send it through the mail, not good and many of these programs tell you to send it via Fedex and/or UPS which was pointed out that it is also not good.
