easy google profits scam

This is one big scam! It has nothing to do with google search! Their site is very misleading. For just .99 to handle shipping costs they will send you a kit, after which they charge you a monthly fee of $40 to $70 a month without even disclosing it. These guys are brutal! Avoid!!! :?

Easy Google Profits is a scam and a half! If you tried them and you called and cancelled be sure to cancel the two products you unlocked. If you dont cancel those two they will charge you once their free trail is over even though you cancelled with googletreasurechest or blazingkeywords whichever one it was when you signed up.

To Call the other two programs that they sign you up for and cancel.
Safe LockID: 866.879.1266
GrantSprings: 888.247.2155 - this one may take awhile to get through

These numbers are not listed in the terms and conditions and the numbers they give when they charge your card dont work.

The Easy Google Profit Product Review
Cost: $1.97 advertisement

Product Purpose: The Easy Google Profit program teaches users how to make money using Google’s AdWords and AdSense Programs. Customers can use these programs to create Google AdWord-based Advertisements and place ads on Google searches using Google AdWords. They can do this either for their own sites or they can use Google AdSense to funnel traffic through their sites to other sites and get paid for the traffic they generate.

What you get: CD-ROM and Membership teaching you how to use Google Ad words to make money.

Verdict: SCAM – RUN!!!

Reason for Verdict: There are several different reasons I say this is a scam the main reason lies solely with their deceptive billing policies. They advertise the kit for only $1.97 in shipping and handling fees, however there's much more to it.

REASON #1
The advertisement leads the consumer to believe that this is a Google affiliated site. It’s not Google has absolutely nothing to do with the Easy Google Profit Kit. The Easy Google Profit Kit is a product of Google Treasure Chest (Infusion Media Inc.), Google Money Tree (Infusion Media Inc.) and Blaze Keywords.

REASON#2
The advertisement leads the consumer to believe that the product cost is only $1.97 (cost of shipping and handling). The advertisement fails to let the consumer know that this product is a monthly subscription for the price of $72.21 per month.

REASON #3
The terms and conditions attempt to hide the monthly fee by spelling out the cost instead of using the numeric form.

“After seven days, if you choose not to cancel, you will be billed your first monthly membership fee of seventy two dollars and twenty one cents for the membership fee for the googletreasurechest.com membership.”

REASON #4
When signing up for this program you automatically sign up for other services and are charged for said services or sites.
- 14 day trial of SafeLock ID
- 21 day trial of GrantSprings
If you fail to cancel these trails you will be charged $38.84 and $24.87 respectively every month.

“You have also unlocked a fourteen-day trial and twenty one-day trial to the Fraud SafeLockID and GrantSpring for just $38.84 and $24.87 a month thereafter (shows as "SafeLockID" and "GrantSpring") should you choose not to cancel. Prior charges for all programs are non-refundable but bonus subscriptions can be cancelled and future charges stopped at any time by calling toll-free 866.951.1406 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.”

REASON #5
Two weeks ago I copied and pasted the Terms and Conditions from an easy google profit link. According to the Terms and conditions at that time I would have been entering into an agreement with googletreasurechest.com. I added the website to my list of favorites once I was done.

“Upon submitting a request for Membership, a Member ID and Password are assigned to you and can be used to gain access to googletreasurechest.com. The initial shipping and handling charge of one dollars and ninety seven cents, includes the google treasure chest kit as well as seven days worth of access to the online directories and training.”

Today I went back to the website clicked on the terms and conditions and again copied and pasted the Terms and Conditions. According to today’s terms and conditions I would enter into an agreement with blazingkeywords.com

“Upon submitting a request for Membership, a Member ID and Password are assigned to you and can be used to gain access to blazingkeywords.com.”

REASON #6
If that isn’t enough to convince you not to buy into the easy google profit kit/program them perhaps this will. In trying to decide if this was a scam or not based on facts I researched a little more than the average person would. On April 23, 2009 Case No. D-1-GV-09-000625 the State of Texas V. Infusion Media, Inc. d/b/a Googlemoneytree.com, a/b/a googletreasurechest.com, d/b/a internetincomeinitive.com, and Jonathan D. Eborn individually was filed, http://www.oag.state.tx.us/newspubs/rel ... ia_pop.pdf
The Texas Attorney General’s lawsuit against Infusion Media, Inc. and its principle Jonathan D. Eborn claims that the defendant refused consumers’ request for refunds, lied about what consumers were really signing up for and even failed to send the product.

REASON #7
Also I called the cancellation number (866-951-1406) listed (first site visit) and kept getting the voicemail during hours that the message listed as normal business hours, Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm Mountain Time.

“Prior charges for all programs are non-refundable but bonus subscriptions can be cancelled and future charges stopped at any time by calling toll-free 866.951.1406 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.”

Almost all these scams are so easy to spot and avoid I am amazed anyone still gets suckered into them any more.

Funny thing Is, a couple months ago I actually wrote about these offers and how to avoid them

Although I agree that these scams can be easily avoided, the problem is that there are so many people who, for some reason or another, are not well-informed in terms of finding legitimate opportunities. While it may seem like common sense to you and me, there are many people who just see the name Google and assume it's legitimate.

In my opinion, it's not Google's responsibility to get rid of them. It's not like it's hurting their business or anything. It's the government agencies like the BBB and the FTC that need to take care of it. But that would be quite difficult because they are more popping up everyday. It's really just another trending scam and I don't know how long it will last.

Huge thank you to everyone . I stumbled upon this forum after doing a search for easygoogleprofit.com . I was looking for a job I could do from home and clearly this a scam. When the article said there was a cost for shipping that was the first red flag. Also the story and the picture of the mom and child didn;t seem to match up to me. The story soundied like someone much older than this young woman in the picture. No coincidence that I found this forum I guess . It's sad in this day and age that people go this far to scam people who are honestly looking and hoping for a change in their lives. I was one. As they say..if it sounds to good to be true..then..it usually is. I certainly would have been devistated by any loss as I am a single mom and have a child with autism. Again..I thank all of you for sharing your hard lessons learned.I wish you all the best

Google Adsene is free to Join Programme. You cannot pay single penny for Google Adsense.
Most of the website offering Google adsense programme on Internet are fraud, scam or cheat whatever way you like to call.

I don’t want to tell these websites names. I just tell you one thing you just type the name of the website (scam websites) name in the Address bar of your web-browser. It shows website not found. Because they are cheating you. Once they achieve the particular amount earnings. They close their website and run away with your money is the present situation.

None of these website take Direct Class for Google Adsense.
Because they don't have real proof or so called Web SEO Knowledge or Google adsense topics list and so on. They simply ask you 49 dollars and Rs.1250 Indian money and simply send one useless CD and worthless Book by courier. That book is fit for nothing because, in that book already earned members thro adsense only given. How they earned from adsense their technique not given. So it is utter waste of your hard earned money.
Wealth management advice should always be solid gold - because you can't afford to have a mistake in the dog-eat-dog world of the global recession.

Several months back I signed up for some type of Google Business Kit for 1.99. I was really excited about it until I scrolled down past where you enter your credit card information and it stated there would be a monthly charge of 79.00 after a 1 week trial period. I cancelled right away and was not charged anything. I got lucky. I learned my lesson to always read the fine print on every offer. I now do my research on everything and ask questions. I am glad you shared your experience. It looks like a lot of people have signed up for these programs.

Thanks for sharing the information. This is what I do now if I'm a little skeptical but I want to try it anyway I purchased a pre paid credit card and use it for these purposes anyway. That's how I did it in my early days.I'm a long way from that now.I finally found the right program for me but I did it the hard way.

I was scamed also, but I paid using my bank card so when the higher charge came through I called my bank and told them that I did not authorize the charge and they refunded me the money and did an investigation. I got a letter in the mail about 2 weeks ago and they had settled it. I got to keep my money. YEAH!!!!

Easy Google Profit, EasyBidz, etc all

Postby Real Experience on Fri Oct 16, 2009 10:35 pm

I have fallen for at least 3, 4 scams..sad but it's truE.
i was successful at canceling all of them except for one which got me charged a 39.99 membership fee. It was kit that was under another name of the one I ordered. I don't recall the name. But please don't FALL FOR THEM!! The best place to find a job to look for them. ask friends, coworkers, teachers, people you trust. School are one of the best places to look.

ANyways, I signed up for Google Easy Street at through this link not more than half an hour ago.
through this fake newspaper site that one of my family members opened.... *sigh...
http://www.news3insider.com/finance/google-hiring-you.html

and it took me to this link
http://www.geasystreet.com/100909/index.php?subid=200041&subid2=104928&hitid=670831096

and then it led me to this googleeasystreet and there were so called lesson plans. and when I enter into the session. NO ONE is there. The files that were suppose for teaching you how to make money are fake files. They cannot be opened after I saved them. all fake! FAKE lectures. Fake Classes. FAKE files.

So my advice to people who see those kind of ads is...ALWAYS READ THE TINY WORDS ON THE BOTTOM. always...trust me..after they read that, you'll close it right away because they are NOT affiliated with Google. And if you are still not sure? Just google whether or not it's a scam. And ask around. Don't rush into it because you want money. And seriously. People including me needs to get this sentence into our heads "If it seem too good to be true. then it is...." Easy nowadays or ever will get people no where. Anything worth having comes with hardwork and diligence and trust.

I really wonder how those people who scam innocent people really feel...
God have mercy them. Sigh...the world would be a better place without them...

My questions are:
1. Which number should I call to cancel my membership?
2. How do I find our if this purchase will get me connected with other products or services I am not aware of?
3. Where should I report them to?

RequestS for innocent consumers out there
1. PLEASE PASS THIS ON HOWEVER YOU CAN.
2. Google products or services you are not sure of. Do you homework. It's worth it....so just do it. It'll save you TIME, money, and mental frustration and in some cases anger.

I don't think I've ever seen any "iffy" products at cj or linkshare.

Yes it is a Scam and Sometimes it even pops up on your screen if you are on a unsecure website, also some google links is a phising scam anyway, if you click any of those Google Links that say Make Money With Google Your info could be stolen right off of your computer and sent to who ever is behind that link and or site!
Be careful it has happened to me, I wanst interested in it but a Lady kept sending and putting the Make Money with Google on Every members page on another newtork and I wanted to see was it different and or a different site that I had already seen about Google which was scams sites also, I clicked it and It wasn't, It was the same, the next day all of my passwords had been changed to sites that I was logged into on my open windows and browsers, I have to fix it fast, I was very upset, Please avoid all Google Links if you want to make Money with google Contact Google Directly On http://www.google.com its a lot of ways to monetize things on goggle and for google other than scamming others!
