Sad but real proof that you can still manage to scrape by without ranking for a single keyword in your industry

Thank you very much! It took a long time of hard work and consistency to get there but it has more than paid off. Google is doing a dance right now so they are fluctuating but most are still close to the same.

I agree. I have wondered for a long time why this site isn't higher in the rankings. It makes no sense! Every time I do see it ranked for a keyword it makes me happy, but as you said, there aren't many.

This site lives because of thousands of keywords that may get a few visitors a day. It would feel great to have a popular keyword though!



Some of the problems I see with WhyDoWork are :
- changing site design (design more for users, less for spiders)
- age (peers such as wahm.com / warriorforum etc. have been around since the mid 90s, this site is only a toddler )
- dynamic content everywhere!

Yes i agree with you, SEO need lots of time and work to build link popularity and etc, i used that way, but when my web wash out in day in search engine listing, i didn't use SEO again..
