Hello I was recently introduced to something that seems legitmate but I have been burned so many times 'skeptical' is my middle name. Has anyone had any experience with Russ Dalbey's Winning In the Cash Flow Business? Does his course truly teach you the skills you need to succeed? Is his product worth $119? Any feedback would be helpful. I am about ready to drop another $100 on an opportunity, Please Help!!!!!!

I purchased this system a few years ago. There is a lot of good information. But, like many programs, there seemed to be details missing. Then I started receiving e-mails to come to a seminar that would last several days and take you step by step through the process. The seminar was several thousands of dollars, so I did not attend. And, unfortunately, I did not do anything with the system.

(repost from another similar topic)
Dalbey is certainly not telling the truth. Hearing about a opportunity that required "no investment" sounded good. Upon receiving the materials it became quickly apparent that Dalbey is a boldfaced liar. Most of the training materials address the marketing aspect of finding note sellers. *All* of the methods require some cash investment whether it be post cards, flyers, brochures, telemarketing. The television ad makes it sound as if one only need do the research to find and post notes, then you'll get paid for finding them.

I contacted Dalbey, and they did in fact give me an RMA to return the kit but they insist I return them as my own time and expense even though they are the ones misrepresenting the product. Upon filing a BBB complaint, his staff only reiterated their ridiculous lies in their reply.

Do not believe a word Dalbey and his gang have to say about this being a business opportunity that requires no investment, nor should you believe it's as simple as it's made out to be on the informercial. If you have a couple grand to invest in a marketing campaign, maybe you can make money finding notes for sale, but then again maybe not. What I can say is that Dalbey is certainly lying in his infomercial, thus destroying his credibility as to the other claims too.

I am willing to join and/or cooperate with anyone seeking legal actions against Russ Dalbey, Dalbey Education or any affiliated operations.

We have been with the Dalbey program for approximately 2 and ahalf years. The information presented with this program has been invaluable and we have gained a great deal of knowledge in every aspect of creating a home based business. Plus, the Dalbey team of instructors and coaches will be there every step of the way to insure your success. We have actually moved onto a new business aspect to present alternatives to prevent possible foreclosure for the seller-financed properties. I will include my link: www.theKRRSgroup.net to access the Dalbey "Winning in the Cash Flow business". Check out the success stories. Especially Barbera G. of Ohio. We actually had the pleasure of recently meeting this lady. She has quite the accomplishment. One thing for sure, she believes in the fact that you get out of your business exactly what you put into your business. That's probably enough for now. Thanks!
