I can tell you that people are purchasing homes at least in real estate Breckenridge area. I just got home for showing property all day, I have 4 accepted contracts in the last two weeks. Listed one new house, a lot in a new subdivision, and 3 lots on a lake. All in the last 2 weeks. Also have 4 other pre-qualifed buyers with letters in hand actively looking for real estate Breckenridge houses. I have two buyers appointments tomorrow to show each of them 3-4 houses. Businss is picking up.

Society's is going to have to help you somehow, If you don't have a home, can't afford it then you will have to rent, if you can't afford that you will get government assistance or section eight housing, not any different than food stamps, WIC etc. Society does have a responsibility to people to ensure that EVERYONE has clothes, food and shelter. The basic real estate Breckenridge necissities of live.
